Dear Exhibitor:

Greetings in the Name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

We are extremely excited in preparation of the 124th Annual Session of the Missionary Baptist General Convention of Texas. This years’ Convention will be held Sunday, through Thursday, October 15-19, 2017 at the Waco Convention Center, Waco, Texas. The Convention Host and Leadership Team extend an invitation to you to be one of our Vendors’ this year. We are anticipating an overwhelming presence of Pastors, lay men and women!

The vendor booths will be assigned on a first-paid basis. The cost for each booth space is $275.00, which includes one six foot table, and two chairs. Additional tables and/or electrical access are available, please see attached form. ALL Vendors are asked to please refrain from changing your assigned 10 by 10 booth space.

Registration deadline for Vendor space is Monday, October 9th. Please send the enclosed application form and make your check or money order payable to:
